Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC

Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC warrants title to the parts and also warrants the parts on the date of shipment plus six months to be of the kind and quality described in the purchase order to Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC and free of defects in workmanship and material.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of merchantability and fitness and constitutes the only warranty by Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC. The exclusive remedy for the breach of any warranty connected with the performance of repair work is limited to the repair or replacement of non-conforming goods or parts. Such repair or replacement must be performed by Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC, unless waived in writing by Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC before the performance of such repair or replacement.

In no event shall Harris Mechanical Rebuilds, LLC be liable, under any legal theory, or loss of use, revenue, or profit for claims for damages by customers of the other party or for any other incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. This exclusion of incidental or consequential damages shall survive even if the exclusive remedy of the previous paragraph fails in its essential purpose.
